1. What is "VineAway"?

It's a website to buy the best selection of Italian wine online, with home-delivery service.

2. What does it mean "Make your wine"?

On VineAway you can have your customized vintage! Buy your wine en-première and, via our monitoring technology, you will follow the vineyard online anytime you want. You could also write a text on the label or create your own one.

3. How to buy?

Buy is simple and quick, choose between our available articles in our online catalogue, ad your products to chart, once you have finished your purchase, display your articles. After the confirmation of your order, pay directly online and choose date and time to receive your wine case directly at home.

4. What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped by WineAway S.r.l.s from Monday to Friday. Orders made during the weekend will be carried out starting from the next Monday morning. Shipments, except different agreements, will be delivered through couriers we choose.

5. Is there a minimum of purchase?

No, you can buy any quantity of bottles, starting from a single one.

6. Which is the payment method?

The payment is done online with Credit card, Postepay or with account Pay Pal. Security is ensured by the online payment system Pay Pal, your financial information remain protected. Data related with Credit card and bank account will never be shared with VineAway and you will be fully protected from unauthorized payments from your bank account. Is also possible to pay with a prepaid card. Availability on credit card must cover the entire amount of the purchase.

7. I have a Discount Code: how can I use it?

The coupon code can be used to receive a discount on the order at the time of payment. At checkout, just add it in the appropriate place to see the discount associated with the code.

8. Do you ship only in Italy or abroad too?

We ship to Italy and abroad (EU). If you do not find the country you are looking for, please contact us directly to confirm the service, by writing to info@vineaway.com.

9. How much is shipping in Italy and what it costs rather than abroad?

In Italy, the shipping is FREE for orders over € 75.00; for inferior amount the delivery price is € 7.50 (excluding any claim for cash on delivery, which requires an extra charge of € 3.00, in addition to the total order).

The costs of shipping abroad are variable, depending on the country of destination, so you can verify the costs directly online on our site, proceeding to the simulation of the order, choosing your wine, the quantity requested and select the shipping country. Then, you can verify shipping costs and any additional costs (duties and administrative expenses etc ...), to consider in addition to the price of the wine indicated.

10. In case the parcel has been delivered to me damaged or wine-stained, what should I do?

If you receive some visibly damaged, broken or wine-stained parcels from the VineAway appointed courier, please reject the delivery. We will take care of the recovery of the goods and the issue of a new shipment. When the shipment includes multiple boxes and not all of them are damaged, please reject the faulty box only and sign the delivery slip as "goods unchecked". VineAway will take care of the damaged box and will substitute it for a new one. Any delivery expense for the return of a damaged box and shipment of a new one are entirely covered by VineAway.

11. What happen if i'm not at home when products arrive?

For the delivery, at the specified address, your presence or a person you indicated is needed. We do deliver just to people over 18 years old, in compliance with the current laws and regulations on alcohols and spirits purchase, so please make sure the person you indicated is over the legal age limit.

12. Can a person under 18 years old receive one of your parcels on my behalf?

No, in compliance with the current laws and regulations on alcohols and spirits purchase, VineAway does not sell wine nor spirits to anyone below the age of 18 years and also the receiver of any VineAway parcel shall be over the legal age limit. Our website www.vineaway.com is also limited to people that are 18 years old and over.

13. I may not be home during the day. Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes, you can always enter a shipping address (your office, your next door neighboors, your friends, etc.), which can be different from the invoicing address (your home address, for example).

14. What is "My Account"?

"My Account" is your personal area, where you can manage your personal data, your orders and your shipments.

15. How can i protect my privacy?

VineAway guarantees the confidentiality of the information given at the registration (also check: "Privacy Policy").

16. I changed my e-mail, what should i do?

After you have logged in with your old e-mail, you can enter your new e-mail in the field "My Account" - "Change personal information". Remember that your new e-mail will be necessary for your next log-in.

17. What can i do if i forget my password?

If you don't remember your password, click on "did you forget your password"? in the field "Log in". In a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with the instructions in order to enter a new password.

18. Can i unsubscribe from the website?

Yes, you can unsubscribe in every moment, sending an e-mail to "info@vineaway.com, as subject you should put "deleting user", specifying the mail you are registered with. Your user will be permanently deleted from our list; in order to buy again our products you will need to make a new subscription.

19. We are interested in Corporate Gifting, can we order your wines? Could you manage the delivery to third parties?

We will be glad to take care of your clients gifting for any occasion, at festive times or following by a successful business meeting. We can deliver directly to your clients or bulk deliver to your company. For any further information do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help you.

20. When shall I receive my order if I buy a wine via the area "Make your wine"?

If you order a future-vintage wine, you are buying a wine that is currently on production. You will receive your order when the wine is ready and all the scheduled winemaking phases are completed. Each wine has a different winemaking process, thus the production time lasts differently. Please, read the information contained in the product details.
