The same matrix of a sparkling brut wine is proposed here in the "pas dose" version. Amber brilliant color preludes its aromatic character which is enhanced by candied scents that blend the characteristics florality and sage scent rather accentuated. Still soft and smooth to the taste, fine and insistent perlage, with a good acid plug and closing always characterized pleasant typical bitter taste.
